At Grounded, we view wellness as a practice that inspires you to take better care of yourself and stay more present. We believe it’s an ever-evolving, multi-dimensional process. Wellness can sometimes seem overwhelming with all the trends and resources out there but at Grounded we try to aim to keep it simple and accessible. Celebrating the States of Cadence exhibition, we would like to invite you to two wonderful short practices by Little Shell Yoga and Anina Rubio that you can tune into, and that you can always come back to anytime you feel that you need to make some space for yourself.

GAN - Mantras with Little Shell Yoga (States of Cadence 1)

Kaye, also known as Little Shell Yoga holds space for kirtan as well as yoga and meditation, specifically yin yoga and yoga nidra. Her intention in sharing each one of these practices is to create a space within which every person who takes part can drop into a state of relaxation & connection. Little Shell Yoga’s vision is to be here to help create a future where people feel that they truly belong to a community- one that supports them on their spiritual journey. A part of her endeavour is to create a physical and digital space where people can explore the transformational practices of yoga which may help them find ease of heart and body.
