PAYMENTS

What are your payment options?

We currently only accept debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and GCash payments. Our payment portals include PayPal and Xendit to ensure a safe and secure checkout process. 

 

SHIPPING

How are your items shipped?

For Metro Manila orders, we ship via Grab SUV to ensure that the items are in good condition upon arrival despite the weather conditions. 

We also offer provincial deliveries via J&T Express. 

We do not offer international shipping for the time being. 


If I opt for pick-up option, where do I have items picked up? 

Our current headquarters is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We provide the complete pick-up address via email upon payment confirmation. 

Pick-up hours are from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, Mondays to Saturdays only.

Kindly message the number above with the following:

  1. complete name (same name used upon checkout)
  2. list of item/s purchased
  3. complete name of pick-up personnel if you won’t be personally picking up your orders
  4. order reference number

How long does delivery take?

For States of Cadence, order fulfillment shall commence upon conclusion of each exhibit series. 

Within that time frame, you may expect your order to arrive within this time frame:

Within Metro Manila - 2 to 3 days upon conclusion of the exhibit

Provinical areas - 5 to 14 days upon conclusion of the exhibit (depending on delivery area)

We will make sure to provide tracking details accordingly via your provided contact details. 


REFUNDS & RETURNS

Should you find that your purchased item/s is/are not what you expected (i.e. wrong item delivered, incomplete item/s, etc.), please do not hesitate to send us an email regarding your concern via contact@groundedph.com. Pick-up for this shall be free of charge. Please give us 2-3 days to process your request. 

For artworks purchased, we do our best to include complete descriptions on our website and give you the liberty to contact us for any additional questions before purchasing. In that light, all artwork sales shall be deemed final and we will not be accepting any returns and refunds for these items.
