Bea Policarpio (B.1993) is a Filipina artist who specializes in abstract expressionist paintings. Using the impasto technique, she paints dreamlike mindscapes with a delicate balance of buoyancy and depth that has fascinated audiences.
Her works have been exhibited at various art festivals including Art in the Park, Tagaytay Art Beat, South Arts Festival, and Art For Everyone. In 2018, she completed an artist residency with Ugnayan sa Poblacion, and since then has been featured in gallery shows by Galerie Roberto, Arte Bettina, Art Anton and more. Her past collaborations include brands like Johnnie Walker, Globe Telecom, and OPPO Philippines.
This 2021, she completed an artist residency at Modeka Creative Space in Makati and is one of the featured artists for Uniqlo Philippines’ UTme! Salamat Pilipinas Collection, in celebration of the brand’s 9th anniversary in the country.
