Vanilla Arucan

I'm Vanilla. I'm a freelance graphic designer. I love to self-initiate projects for myself especially when I have extra time or when I finish a commissioned project. This quarantine has definitely given me more time for these self-initiated projects though. I've been creating and submitting a ton posters to design studios who crowdsource these submissions and hang them around cities to uplift their communities. I've also been documenting my experience in lockdown a lot and I'm compiling it all and plan to put it in a zine I'm working on called "Funhouse". I've also been creating a series of posters called Color Story V2. I did my first of these color series last year and produced them as framed posters. I hope to do the same for color story v2— but maybe soon when times are a bit better! I know that won't be too soon but I think it's okay to still be excited about future plans. I can't speak for everyone but I am trying to appreciate that some of us are forced to slow down right now in many aspects in our life.
